My Story:

My career began with a finance background, but a simple belief drove me: people thrive when they feel safe, supported, and understood. I was inspired to cross from finance to Human Resources. With over 17 years of experience, I've seen how the right environment can unlock confidence, resilience, and growth in organizations and individuals.

From HR Business Partner at DHL to Head of HR at East African Medical Vitals to Managing Director at Imara International, my journey has shown me that real impact happens in the human stories — the child struggling with confidence, the employee facing burnout, the family seeking stability.

That's why I am training as a guidance counsellor and continue to deepen my expertise in psychology. I bring both the structure of HR and the compassion of counselling to create spaces where children, young people, and teams can grow, express themselves, and build resilience.

At the heart of it all is my commitment: to help people feel heard, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.

My Mission:

To create safe, supportive environments where people and communities can grow with confidence and resilience.

Through HR, organisational development, and counselling, I design systems that nurture emotional well-being, build trust, and empower individuals — from corporate teams to children navigating life's challenges. Because when people feel heard and valued, they don't just survive, they thrive.
