Cook and Talk

In this Month of Mental Health Awareness, Runga Foundation is organizing a Cook & Talk Session that is more than just cooking for children and teens aged 7–18 years — we are creating a safe space where every child can talk, share, connect, and belong.

Through fun and interactive healthy cooking activities featuring salads, fruits, and nutritious meals, we aim to encourage healthy living while also nurturing the emotional well-being of our children. Beyond the meals, this session is about meaningful conversations, building confidence, creating friendships, and reminding every child that they are valued, heard, and loved.

In today’s fast-changing world, many children silently struggle with pressure, loneliness, anxiety, low self-esteem, and emotional challenges. At Runga Foundation, we believe that protecting children’s mental health begins with creating environments where they feel safe, accepted, and free to express themselves.

Together, we shall cook, laugh, learn, talk, grow, and belong.

Because every child deserves not only good food for the body, but also care, connection, and healing for the heart and mind.

Every Child Belongs!
