My Story:

My career has been shaped by two passions: giving organizations a voice and giving people a sense of belonging.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked in communications and public relations, helping institutions tell their stories and build trust with their stakeholders. Along the way, I realized that the same principles apply to people — when you listen without judgment and meet someone where they are, transformation happens.

That realization led me to train as a counsellor. For the past five years, I’ve walked alongside individuals facing anxiety, life transitions, and personal challenges, offering a safe space for healing and growth.

My commitment to Runga foundation deepened through my own family. As a wife and mother of six — four biological and two foster children — I’ve learned that family isn’t just about individual attention, it’s about creating a collective, supportive village where love and joy grow when shared.

That belief pushed me to partner with Runga Foundation to help ensure no child ever feels unwanted. Through mentorship, counselling, and practical life support, we help children without belonging find a place where they do.

My Mission:

To use the power of communication and compassionate care to help children, families, and organizations thrive.

While I continue to serve professionally as a Communications Strategist, my heart is now focused on working with children and young people as they navigate their life’s journey. I believe that when people feel heard, valued, and supported, they gain the confidence to grow, connect, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
